THE NVLB America MEMBER ADVANTAGE

See The Difference

Our Senior Living communities, including our In-Home Care providers, no longer have to pay
excessive fees to traditional referral organizations.

NVLB America Provides The Help You Need

We help our communities by helping our veterans secure VA benefits. Traditional referral companies provide few if any resources to accomplish this.

Not Just Another Referral Service

NVLB America shares their fees with Veteran Charities. Referral placement companies rarely do this.

In addition to serving our Veteran Community, NVLB America offers expert referral and placement services for non-veteran families in our ever-expanding community network.
As always, our advisory services are free of charge to all our families, whether
Veteran or non-veteran alike.

Testimonials

I first met Bill Smith in 2014 when my mother Kathy was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. My father Jim Johnston was working with Bill to place my mother in the best facility we could find. With Bill’s knowledge of Veterans Affairs and elder care, we found a good facility in Prescott, Arizona near where my parents lived. You would think that Bill’s job had been fulfilled at that point in time, but due to financial and logistic shortcomings, my father had to move them down to Phoenix, Arizona. Once again,
Bill was willing and able to assist my parents in finding a suitable facility there for my mother and assist my father in finding a residence near my mother’s facility and near to my brother, Tim.
Unfortunately, my mother’s illness got much worse and we had to find a facility that would deal with her illness appropriately. Once again, Bill was there to assist my father in finding a suitable facility for her needs. This was a blessing for me because at this point my father’s health and ability to take care of himself was declining. Since I live in the Pacific Northwest, being able to trust Bill to look after my parents’ well-being as if they were his own, relieved the stress on me tremendously.
In 2019, my father also needed to find an assisted living community for himself and Bill was there to guide us through the process. His guidance and knowledge of veterans’ affairs and caring for the elderly made this task much less worrisome and stressful for me.
With all the time that Bill has put into helping my father and me through the years, I really don’t consider Bill just an advisor, but a friend. He was with my parents at the beginning of this phase of their lives and I was glad to have him at my side when I laid them to rest.

“William Smith is an outstanding American, devoted to our Veterans, and committed to helping those that offered up their lives to secure our liberties. He does this through finding Veterans that need help, matching them with safe & professional home or custodial care, and by facilitating their applying for and receiving earned benefits from the Department of Veteran Affairs due to their wartime military service. I admire and trust him which is why I invited him to serve on our charity’s Advisory Council.”

Thank you Bill for helping my Mom find an affordable Assisted Living community and securing V.A. Benefits to pay for her cost of care. That benefit really helped us financially.

“My name is George Van de Langeryt. I served in the US Marine Corps from 1965-1970. I have served in leadership positions in six local Veteran’s organizations, including as chairman of the Veteran’s disability and human services commission for the City of Surprise Az. I am also a proud member of the Az Veterans Hall of Fame. I was one of the founders of the Veterans Memorial Hall Inc. Bill became part of the Hall, as an advisor and business manager for our nonprofit.
Bill joined the Marine Corps League, as an associate member and was advanced to
the Veterans Memorial Hall’s Board of Directors.
Bill is a straight shooter, who has dedicated himself to serving the Veteran’s community. Over the years, he has consistently been a driving force, to better the conditions of his citizens, who served this country. Ironically, Bill never served. I am proud to have Bill Smith as a friend.
